During Dr. Sherina’s 20 years spent as a legal consultant in Dubai, she has gained extensive knowledge of various laws prevailing in the UAE. Her main areas of practice include handling arbitration cases in construction, commercial, and real estate disputes; in addition to dealing with litigation, dispute resolution, corporate, civil, commercial, insurance, intellectual property, aviation, real estate, rental, employment, and personal status matters.

Dr. Sherina is a lawyer admitted to the Bar Council of India and qualified to practice in all states of India. Prior to her relocation in Dubai, she was actively practicing lawyer in India for almost 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Mangalore University (India), a dual master’s degree in “labor and industrial relations and administrative law” from the University of Chennai (India), and a“Master’s in intellectual property law” from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India. She has been awarded a Doctorate Degree in Law in “Mediation and Conflict Resolution” from Euclid University, an international intergovernmental institution with its Executive Office in Washington, DC.
